How to Cancel
Canceling is free, immediate and available to you at all times — no phone calls, no chat queues, no guilt screens.
Cancel from your account
- Sign in and open your account page.
- Under Subscription, choose Manage subscription — this opens the secure Stripe billing portal.
- Choose Cancel subscription and confirm.
What happens next
Cancellation stops all future charges right away. Your Premium access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then simply ends — nothing else is billed and your account, results and free access remain untouched.
You will receive an email confirming the cancellation. If you change your mind before the paid period ends, you can resume from the same billing portal.
If you can't sign in
Use the password reset link on the login page. If you no longer have access to your email, contact support from the contact page with the details of your account and we will help you cancel.
Email preferences
Transactional emails (receipts, renewal notices, cancellation confirmations) are sent because they are legally and practically necessary for your subscription. We don't send marketing newsletters.
