Refund Policy

We would rather you cancel easily than need a refund — but when a charge genuinely went wrong, here is how we handle it.

When to ask for a refund

  • You were charged after canceling, or charged twice for the same period.
  • A renewal charge came as a genuine surprise — for example, you never received the confirmation email stating the renewal terms.
  • A technical fault on our side prevented you from accessing the Premium report you paid for.

How to request one

Contact support within 14 days of the charge, from the email address on your account, and include the approximate date and amount. We review every request individually and reply with a decision; where a refund is granted, it is issued through Stripe to the original payment method, typically arriving within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

What refunds don't cover

Simply having forgotten to cancel before a renewal is not by itself grounds for a refund, though we consider first-time cases sympathetically. Canceling always remains free and immediate: it stops all future charges while keeping your access until the end of the paid period.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank, please contact us first — refund requests are almost always resolved faster with support than through a chargeback.
