Pricing questions
Do I have to pay to take a test?
No. Taking any test and seeing your score and result category is free, with no account required. Premium only unlocks the full report.
How do I cancel?
From your account page, open Manage subscription — it takes you to the secure Stripe billing portal where you can cancel in a few clicks. Cancellation stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. See the How to cancel page for a step-by-step guide.
Will the price change after the introductory period?
The introductory price and the recurring price are both shown on this page, on the paywall and on the checkout page before you pay — nothing is revealed only after payment. If we ever change pricing, existing subscribers keep the price they signed up at.
What about refunds?
If something went wrong with a charge, contact support within 14 days and we will review it. The refund policy page has the details.
