Terms of Use

By using Zunix you agree to these terms. They are short and written to be read.

The service

Zunix provides educational psychological self-assessments and related articles for personal, non-commercial use. Taking tests and viewing your basic result is free; full reports are part of the Premium subscription described below.

Premium subscription, renewal and cancellation

Premium is an automatically renewing subscription. The introductory price, the length of the introductory period, the recurring price and the billing interval are shown on the paywall and on the checkout page before you pay, and again in your confirmation email and account page. After the introductory period, the subscription renews at the recurring price until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from your account page (Manage subscription). Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Payments are processed by Stripe under their terms.

If a renewal payment fails, we will notify you and keep your access for a short retry period while you update your payment method; if payment cannot be collected, the subscription is paused.

Refunds

If something went wrong with a charge, contact support within 14 days and we will review it. Refunds, where granted, are issued through the original payment method. The refund policy page (/refund-policy) explains when refunds apply and how to request one.

Not medical advice

Nothing on Zunix — including test results and AI-generated interpretations — constitutes medical or psychological advice, diagnosis or treatment. You agree not to rely on the service for clinical decisions. See the disclaimer page for details.

Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the service.
  • Do not scrape, republish or resell test content.
  • Do not use automated tools to submit answers or request AI analyses at scale.

Intellectual property

The platform, its design, code and original editorial content are the property of Zunix. Classic test formats referenced on the site have their own history and provenance, documented on each test's methodology section.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zunix is not liable for decisions made on the basis of test results or interpretations. The service may change or be discontinued at any time.
